Multiple categories of hydrocarbon fuels consumers will have their fuel-associated costs reduced by around 55% – 60% due to AG-Cycle, but none of them are going to benefit as much as oil and natural gas producers, owners of coal power plants, especially older power plants scheduled for decommissioning, and owners of residential and commercial real estate in NYC, because in most cases they will get more than reduced fuels costs.
1. At first sight it might be reasonable assuming that if AG-Cycle reduces hydrocarbon fuels consumption in burners and in stationary and mobile gas turbines generators by 60%, its full-scale implementation will cause proportional reduction in oil and natural gas demand. A bit more scrutiny of the subject, though, shows that it is not the case.
In fact, full-scale implementation of AG-Cycle is estimated to cause only 23% natural gas demand reduction, which is a mild reduction compared with the demand decimation, that would otherwise take place due to solar PV and wind power phasing out fossil fuels. Reduction of gasoline demand from highway transportation prompted by AG-EVs segment surge will be fully recouped by a newly created oil demand from the emerging segment of AG-EVTOLS.
2. AG-Cycle will bring fortunes to operators of coal power plants scheduled for decommissioning due to conversion thereof to natural AG-gas-fired power plants that will extend their life-cycle for several more decades, substantially reduce fuel costs, and dramatically cut carbon dioxide emission.
3. AG-Cycle is a “silver bullet” solution for owners of around 50,000 residential and commercial buildings in NYC, who will soon be put on a severe financial strain by NYC Climate Mobilization Act, which requests cutting all building’s carbon emissions by 40% and 80% by 2030 and 2050, accordingly. Substituting conventional oil and natural gas burners with AG-Burners will suffice to meet the Act’s emission target at a fraction of the cost of any alternative solution available on the market, and will allow the owners to cut heating expenses by around 60%.
